What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your card is charged at the plan price. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Do I need a paid plan to accept payments?
No. The Free plan already includes Stripe Checkout. Paid plans unlock volume, SMS, branding, and lower platform fees.
What is the "platform fee"?
A small BookBillPay fee added on top of Stripe's processing fee. By default it is passed through to the client, so it doesn't come out of your pocket.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings > Plan. Changes take effect on your next billing period.
